Re: Guns...
That's kind of my assumption as well until HR tells me otherwise. I was told repeatedly how easy the tear-down/Clean up/reassemble process was, and it certainly seemed very simple. There really doesn't appear to be a way to get it back together if it's not correct.
Thanks

With no magazine in or any ammo, rack the slide. It should propel forward.
With weapon pointed in safe direction, squeeze the trigger. It should "snap" with no rattle.
Insert an empty mag and rack the slide. It should lock and not propel forward.
Press the thumb catch. Slide should propel forward.
Drop magazine, With weapon pointed in safe direction, squeeze trigger. It should snap again.
Congrats! You've performed a function check on your Glock, meaning you put it together properly.

Waited in line this morning for more ammo.
Only got one box of 20 9mm rounds and a 20 round box of .223.
Lame.

Re: Guns...
Far as I know the ACLU was supposed to be hot on the trail. I have my doubts though.
I have not had a ton of time to read up on it, I just remember when they were debating it things like having 2 weeks of food stored up could classify you as a potential threat.
I'll read up on it more, when/if I have the time.
EDIT: found a link about what the ACLU says: http://www.aclu.org/blog/tag/ndaa
