We're 15-14 down to the Browns after leading 14-0 in the first quarter. All the Browns scores have come from field goals and we've had 1 first down since the 1st quarter.

Embarrassing.

I honestly believe Flacco is just about the best player on this team. Anyone with half of a brain will tell you that this offense has major issues with execution. That's across the board.

However, those issues run a bit deeper and that stops with the coaching staff.

OL can't block? Maybe change the blocking scheme, personnel, play selection, etc.

QB is inaccurate? Game plan for more short stuff to help him get into a rhythm.

Etc, etc etc.
