The playcalling is just plain stupid at times. The execution is putrid. Something has to change. The only you can change in season is coaching.

I think its like that scene from Men In Black - when they open up the locker door and all the little muchkin aliens greet Tommy Lee Jones with "all hail J, all hail J". In this case we little munchkin Ravens fans great our offensive leader with "..all hail Cam, all hall Cam - 3 and out"!
