Are these plays being given to Flacco or is Flacco deciding on them? I am sick of the long passing plays every other down.

I don't know.. That defender saw Flacco throw the ball but then took 3 steps full speed and tackled him as hard as he could. That should be roughing the passer.

Not necessarily. They have let up 7 points so far, and that was a penalty-filled drive after the safety. The offense has allowed 9 of the points. The defense looks okay (not great), imo.

Offense has been shit and is directly responsible for 9 Texans points and has a large hand in the other 7.

This is ALL on the offense...Joe is off when he gets time and the OL is even worse than they were in last years playoff game.

Not to mention that the Texans are pressing the WR's.
