Ravens vs. Texans: Score Predictions

Post your predictions here. Honestly, I think this is going to be a very close game. I know many have the Ravens losing this but I'm banking on some surprises (good ones) by our Ravens offense and a much better showing by our defense this week. The Ravens can play well through adversity and play better as underdogs.

Since 2009, I've only picked the Ravens to lose twice. 2009 in Green Bay and 2009 in New England. This is the 3rd time I predict a loss. Texans 27 Ravens 20

If our D can find a way to keep Foster under 100, this could be a blowout win for the boys in purple. However, I have little confidence that that will happen.

This is a game to show what a team is made of, i doubt we win, but Ravens haven't been blowed out of games during the harbaugh era it will be close but we lose.

I've had a very lucky weekend.

-met three Ravens fans in a shoprite (never happens where i live)
-went to AC put 200 on black, won and left (first time I ever left a casino with more money)
-found a Ravens popcorn tin in said shoprite (which also never happens)
-finally beat my brother in Foosball

Of course this means nothing in regards to this game, but I'm feeling like this is my lucky week.

Ravens, 31-21. The Texans were exposed last week as a team that can't come back one they're down by 10-14 points. I think we'll see the Ravens come out fast, take Texans out of their comfort zone (running the ball on first down, etc.) and force the game manager Shaud into a comedy of errors.

Feels a bit of a house money game - if we lose, we're still in a pretty good place and there's no shame in losing here. Think we'd have a better chance of winning at Houston in January than now.

I think the D will play better this week. They shrugged at the KC performance, but seemed disgusted with themselves after Dallas. If we can contain Foster, then we go a long way to have a shot at winning this. That would require a 180 turn on the last two weeks, though. My main thought is if the O can show up on the road.

We've never been unbeaten through October. Always seems to be the Ravens' worst month (I think statistically it is in the regular season). I wouldn't be shocked by a Ravens victory here, even a comfortable one, it's just not the most likely scenario:

Houston 23, Baltimore 17.

Typical Raven game= wont be decided til final 2 minutes. It will come down to who has the ball last. Take the points. Texans arent great, good though.
