DirectTV - Sunday Ticket

I use Comcast internet. I don't have a POTS phone, so for me to use DSL would mean $35 a month or whatever for the phone line, plus whatever the DSL costs. And while I'd never get Comcast digital over Directv, Comcast internet owns DSL at the moment.

I just get Comcast internet + basic cable for $55 a month, and use the basic cable tv for extra tv's like the kitchen, 3rd bedroom, and outside when I throw football parties.

I have no problem yet with direct tv. I switched about two months ago. When comcast (in shitburgh) want me to pay for the nfl network. Hell no so i got direct. Only storms knock it out for about 5mins. I'm thinking about that sunday tix. Aslo i have verizon landline phone and internet. Now listen to this

I love the switch so i say take it and run with it.

I read a similar article. Here's some statistics I got directly from it.

1. 96% of NFL regular season games will be broadcast in HD
2. Of the 256 games played, only 15 will not be in HD
3. Of those 15, 8 of the non-HD games will be on Fox and 7 on CBS
4. All games in weeks 1, 5, 6, 9, 12, and 15 will be in HD.

Combining this information with what you already posted, no less than 12 Ravens games will be in HD, but I'd say that number is likely to be higher.
