That pass to Dickson hit him right in the hands. An NFL TE needs to catch that ball.

I have to watch it again, but "right in the hands" is so subjective as to be meaningless. Right in the tips of his fingers means right in the hands to you or not? And no, having the ball hit the tips of your fingers of both hands does not mean one "needs" to catch it, in fact it means one cannot possibly catch it. You have to be able to at least touch the halfway point o the ball or else there is no way to grip it at all, and the ball is wider than a few inches. I could be remembering it incorrectly, but my memory is that Dickson only got his fingertips on one half of the ball.
