It takes a special QB to do what so many teams are trying to do and there are only handful of them in the league. The rest are imitators who are usually brought down to earth when they face quality defensive talent. Stafford looked much different against the better QBs last year and against an improved Rams defense Sunday. How did Matt Ryan look against that Giants defense in the playoffs, superior to anything they had going on in the NFC South last year. Look at what happened to Newton when he went against a rejuvenated Tampa Bay squad.
