Officials tried to give Wallace a first down, spooted it a yard further on the Wallace catch. From the side you can see he didn't even get to the 20.

These replacements miss a lot of spots.

I don't know if you are joking or think I really believe this, but I don't. I think the officials just suck at spotting the ball and it will be bad if it happens at a crucial time and a critical first down is lost or gained because of the spot.
