Re: Watching games today is torture!

I had Redzone on as well (and Masn) Certainly wasn't one game in the 1pm block I wanted to watch exclusively.. it was just a boring day.

David Akers kick was the most exciting thing..

Can't wait to crack open a few beers in Lot O tomorrow..

The amount of 300 yd passers today was unreal. At that rate there will be like ten 5,000 yd seasons by QBs. I mean even QBs who had "bad" days still threw for 300 plus. I miss the days of defenses being allowed to play defense.

Yeah..and the amount of 40+pts was crazy too. I even said to my hubby the days of good defenses are apparently gone..

seriously? I thought the 1PM matchups were by far the best other than the 9ers/Pack. There were some great games NE/Titans, NO/Wash, Jets/Buffalo

I guess I'm all alone here, because I thought the games today were incredibly boring, despite the fact that I anxiously waited 7 months for football to return.

Maybe I just need a dose of the Ravens to really get back into football form. Seriously, I found myself wandering off to watch golf, and then Serena Williams' tennis match.

Saints-Redskins got pretty tense in the late 4th Q, as did Seahawks-Cards. Agree that 49rs-Packers and Patiots-Titans were boring start to finish.

I don't care of our game is boring tomorrow night .... as long as the Ravens win!

Lions/Rams was a lot of fun in the 2nd half. If you had the Sunday Ticket you really got your moneys worth

We can't judge him until at least November.

Fast-forward to November: We can't judge him for at least a season or two.

These matchups really do blow opening weekend should have good games in every time slot. What is more annoying though, is the two best games of the year are within two weeks of each other in the middle of the season. Steelers Ravens games should open the season and be near the end.

Redzone was my best friend yesterday. I kind of like just sitting back and watch teams play other than the Ravens
