Re: All Sunday games thread (Week 1)

Chandler Jones is giving Michael Roos all he can handle.

I hate week one games though, because this could be upside down in four weeks.

Speaking of bad QB play...the Bills need a QB. How awful was that decision to make Fitzpatrick their franchise QB.

Really? I like it - thanks to the unpredictability of the league, you're not quite sure which teams are becoming legitimately good or just a mirage. Vice versa for being bad or just a slow start. Judgements which seem solid can be given short shrift a week or two later. Too many sports are predictable.

I think a struggling Eagles win is about the best you could hope for heading into next week on the opposition side of things (the very best thing being a Ravens win, of course).

Texans, Falcons beginning to flex now. Bills really are getting whomped. Hard to get by when your QB throws 3 picks.

Big win for the Jets, this. Their schedule isn't fantastic, but most of the tough teams they have at home.

I was never really a Redskins fan, but I'm really enjoying watching the Redskins-Saints game.

    RG3 looks in command.

It's hilarious to hear that Super Dome so stunned.

You know...how pissed off do you think Browns fans that they passed on trading up for him?

Instead of RG3...who looks like everything Vick should have been, they have Brandon Weedon who is setting QB play back to the days of Kyle Boller.

Usually the Bills wait until November to be this bad. Spiller's at least having a go.

If Weeden throws 3 picks at home vs the Eagles, I'm thinking the secondary has got the red marker out and circling that Thurs game. Particularly as they would've just had Brady to play against.

The Rams are quietly in the lead. Win the turnover battle and you're always in with a shot.

    7 turnovers after three quarters.

From what I've seen, there really isn't much to worry about in week two vs Philly, I am more concerned about the Bengals tomorrow night after watching this.
