Ed Dickson Sprained Right Shoulder
Just fantastic! Now both of our 2 young TEs are injured. If the season started tomorrow our #1 TE would be Billy Bajema :grbac:

Re: Ed Dickson Sprained Right Shoulder
Maybe it would be Davon Drew? This is his last chance since he can't go back to the practice squad.

Re: Ed Dickson Sprained Right Shoulder
Bring back Kris Wilson. At least he was pretty reliable.

Put Boldin at TE. I like the idea on NO TE in a couple of pre-season games. Give the young WRs a GOOD look.

Re: Ed Dickson Sprained Right Shoulder
This could really screw with our roster cutdown...Both guys will be back shortly into the season, and won't be on PUP. But it seems like Pitta going Week 1 is a bit of a stretch, and Dickson's injury puts him coming back Week 2-4. You need more than 1 TE for those first couple games. Bajema will likely make the roster, maybe Drew does too now. But carrying 4 TEs means you have to cut from somewhere else.

Re: Ed Dickson Sprained Right Shoulder
I admit it...I thought Ozzie was crazy to draft TEs back-to-back in 2010. Who looks smart now? Not me, as usual... Bc
P.S. - This may be OT, but with Kindle now looking like he will make some sort of impact, Mt. Cody, Dickson/Pitta, and Art Jones, that 2010 draft is looking pretty good as of 08/10/2012.

Re: Ed Dickson Sprained Right Shoulder
Oh thank the heavens that at least one or maybe both TEs will be back around week 1. Still I think they should call Kris Wilson like another poster mentioned. He must have pissed someone off.

Re: Ed Dickson Sprained Right Shoulder
Anyone remember way back when TEs were big, tough guys? In our past life Doug Dieken played TE in college and became a solid NFL OT.

Ozzie is probably watching the cuts and working the phones, just in case.
