OT - looking to identify a building in Baltimore

Currently watching Homicide Life on the Street which I am enjoying greatly

It's not flashy like CSI or other shows, this is very raw and gritty which is great. Detroit 1-8-7 is sort of similar but this show is better

And Detective Pembleton is just a brilliant character. The show doesn't promote one actor as lead but he realy took this over in my opinion

I've seen this building in the background in lots of episodes, realy distinctive

I've been googling but can't find out what it is

Yes, Homicide was a great show and sad to see it go. Even better was The Wire on HBO here.

And yes, that building is pretty cool.
