Supreme Court decision on O'BUMMER CARE TODAY????
OR Monday.
Keep checking. I'm hearing on TV they might keep it but throw out the
mandate which OBY says makes it useless.
A guy on TV showed the entire bill and it's massive amount of pages.
Hardly anyone has read it and there's a lot of stuff in it that has never
been discussed.
How can the SC rule it a law if they haven't even read it which was brought
out during the hearings.

They did rule on the union case. I've been watching that one closely.
They ruled a union cannot take extra dyes for political purposes.

So do we celebrate if we win.
Boner says no.
Rush says yes.
I say yes and screw Boner. The Tea
Party will get his ass out of office too
when his time is up.

Heck yeah we celebrate!
We celebrate honoring pre-existing conditions again. I have missed sick Americans getting turned down for health insurance. If you are already sick, you should just head out to the pastures on your own and die baby!
We celebrate poor people not being able to get health insurance so hopefully they all die earlier too so we don't have to see them begging for shit anymore.
We celebrate women being treated like women should be treated; 2nd class bimbos. Hopefully without access to cheap contraception they get all knocked up and have to stand embarrasingly in line for food stamps. No other preventative care for them like mammograms. I hate when women get all uppity and try to act like us.
Screw young kids too. All of those 3.1 million that have been able to stay on their parent's plan until 26, not anymore! Ha ha. Screw the young kids. We can celebrate that fo sure!
Screw the old folks too! All of the 3.5 billion they have saved with the Medicare "D" donut-hole being filled, ha no more granny. Pay the ridiculous mark ups on meds that we all pay. Celebrate that Trap.
The 68,000 of the sickest Americans already in the temporary high-risk pools for will have to crawl out of the pool and grab their towels and head home. For real, they shouldn't have gotten so sick in the first place.
And celebrate the end of the mandate! How dare Obama try to copy the GOP and use their idea of an individual mandate. I can't believe he would try to compromise a public option and use a conservative idea to try to provide healthcare for all Americans. If everyone has equal access to affordable healthcare, how can the rich ever expect to get ahead...or really, really ahead?
Celebrate that shit, Trap!
I think I might even drop my own health insurance to mark such a glorious victory. The "right" to just walk into an emergency room and demand free healthcare will be preserved! America is all about liberty and I love to exercise my liberty! I'm not paying for shit anymore. Healthcare is free again at the hospital! Only in America!
Celebrate that shit, Trap!

Re: Supreme Court decision on O'BUMMER CARE TODAY????
So people should just wait until they're sick to get insurance? Only in Liberal land does that make any sort of sense.
Emergency rooms are required to assist people who are sick, regardless of if they can pay or not.
My wife's birth control pills are covered by her insurance because it's a medical necessity. Most insurance covers birth control if it's medically necessary, even that from the Catholic businesses you love to hate. Guess what else can be used as a contraceptive. Common sense and condoms, neither of which are expensive.
Mammograms are already covered in medical checkups.
Young kids? A 26 year old is not a young kid. Anybody over 18 is not a kid.
You really aren't very smart, are you? Medicine is so expensive because it cost literal shit ton of money to develop some that work. Spend some time looking up how much it cost to develop new medicines.
Huh?
What does being rich have to do with affordable healthcare? We're not rich and we have good health care. In fact, my wife and son have a pre-existing medical condition that requires them to go to a kidney specialist every six months. Amazing how different the truth is from Galen's world, isn't it?
Now you're getting it. Instead of stealing money from someone else, you and your ilk are focusing on hard work."A moron, a rapist, and a Pittsburgh Steeler walk into a bar. He sits down and says, “Hi I’m Ben may I have a drink please?”

Politicians should be banned from attaching the word free to anything
Someone always pays
If you've got a policy then it has to be costed and explained, it may well be an excellent policy or it could be trash, that's why you have to explain it
Saying it is free is just an easy and attractive soundbite, sure no wonder they use it so often
We have "free healtcare" here. It costs 26% of the national budget every year
This website tells me the US spend 17% every year

I don't know the perfect solution for delivering healthcare but pumping tens of billions into something and calling it free to the end user is a politicians conLast edited by Irish Raven; 06-25-2012 at 08:26 AM. Reason: added last line
