Mohammed Sanu
Finally signed with Cinci, but apparently has had a tough time catching on to Jay Gruden's offense.
Armon Binns has been running at #2 opposite of AJ Green for most of the OTA's and Brandon Tate has been splitting time in the slot with Hawkins. It's still early, but I know a lot of folks were expecting Sanu to be almost a sure thing with translating to the NFL offense. I thought he brought a lot of similar attributes to the table that Tandon Doss did coming out of college.
It's off-season and I just thought it was interesting to see this because there were a lot of us on here (myself included) who would have liked to see Sanu in a Ravens uniform.

What took him so long to sign? With the way things are set up now you really have to question any player who signs late.

Apparently the offset language is something that could potentially be holding some of the top picks up.Disclaimer: The content posted is of my own opinion.

Re: Mohammed Sanu
I don't think the CBA sets guaranteed money. Two years in a row the Panthers have given their 1st round picks fully guaranteed contracts. Newton got the same amount of money last year that Luck can get this year and he's guaranteed all of it.

They did the same for Kuechly.
