It's official. Camp competition for Billy Cundiff.
Ravens signed former Texas Longhorn rookie kicker/punter Justin Tucker to a contract. He'll be in camp to provide some kicking competition.

Oh yeah good point, I saw this today. I still doubt he beats Cundiff out, but it will be good to have some competition in pre season none the less.

It doesn't matter if he beats out Cundiff or not, but just giving Cundiff competition is a good thing. Tucker really impressed the coaching staff during mini camps, so I don't think that this is a "bs" competition or anything. Tucker could very well win over the coaching staff.

I'm all in favor of competition, but it's worth bearing in mind most teams probably want at least two kickers in camp.
