Ryan Longwell
Vikings just cut him.
I'd love to see the Ravens bring him in to compete with Cundiff.Disclaimer: The content posted is of my own opinion.

Re: Ryan Longwell
But he is an indoor kicker...

Re: Ryan Longwell
True, but he did kick in Green Bay for most of his career.

Re: Ryan Longwell
Bring him on. I'd rather have Stephen Hawking than Cundiff.

Wouldn't hurt to try him out, I trust him more than Billy.

Re: Ryan Longwell
So glad someone started this thread.
I like Cundiff but his name will be forever marred in Baltimore sports lore. (For good reason.)

Re: Ryan Longwell
You know, for me at least, it's not even so much that I dislike Cundiff or anything. If he can return to his 2010 form, awesome. I just want to see them give Cundiff legitimate competition and a UDFA rookie from Texas who wasn't even that great in college isn't exactly what I would call legitimate competition.
Bring in Longwell and if Cundiff beats him out, so be it.Disclaimer: The content posted is of my own opinion.

Re: Ryan Longwell
I was going to start this thread when I saw Longwell was cut. I'd like to see some competition with Longwell in camp.

Re: Ryan Longwell
I have no idea who the next kicker will be, but it won't be Cundiff. Teams, players are very superstitious and don't like jinxs. Having to see Cundiff everyday as a player would be to much to bear. Got to rid the clubhouse of bad mojo.

Re: Ryan Longwell
Cundiff was hurt for weeks leading up to the playoffs, if you want to be upset at someone, be upset at the staff for deciding to put him on the playoff roster instead of the healthy kicker. Cundiff should be back to his 2010 form, where he was an ALL PRO. You dont just throw away a good kicker because of that, but i do agree he needs competition as thats part of what drove his best year.
