Re: OT Junior Seau
Yea, I just saw that.
Wow.
If it's true that's sad. Wonder why?

Re: OT Junior Seau
Well, I considered him a first ballot HOF type guy up until now. I wonder how this will impact that. It really shouldn't matter, but I go back to Jim Tyrer and wonder.
Horrific news.

Wow.
Wonder how many concussions he's had in his career.
Very sad news indeed.

Very sad.
Have to wonder if the 20 years of violent collisions triggered some form of depression. Makes me cringe everytime I hear someone say the game is being "pussified"
Anyway, RIP Junior. Died way too youngFollow me on twitter at @dandrews66

Re: OT Junior Seau
He has been having problems with the ex wife. He got arrested for assaulting her a little while back and then drove off the side of a cliff trying to kill himself after that. He claimed he just fell asleep at the wheel but after today it is clear he just didn't succeed the first time.
Terrible.

Re: OT Junior Seau
Seau is the 8th San Diego Charger from their 1994 AFC Championship team to die prematurely.
This article is a bit old and only lists 6, but it's worth a read. From car accidents, to suicides, to plane crashes (ValuJet crash at that), to overeating, to double lightning strikes, it's been a cursed group of guys.

Re: OT Junior Seau
That's horrible. He was a true legend of the game. I've seen very few love playing football as much as Junior Seau.
