Yeah that what happens when you are up 20 hours straight instead of sleeping. Guess we'l just have to wait for the EC Finals to see the Caps.

I thought that the Senators deserved to win last night or at least tie it. They were putting so much pressure on King Henrik. Lunquist comes through again though. Caps need net presence against the Rangers. Hopefully, they can steal one of the two games in New York. Rock the Red.

How have the Rangers been exposed? They played the same way against Ottawa that they have the whole year. We score 1-2 goals and that is for the most part all we need because Lundqvist is Lundqvist and we play solid defense. You could say they didn't look impressive and for a 1 I guess I could understand that, but I don't see how they were exposed when they played the exact same way they have all year. We are not an offensive powerhouse and really only have one scorer in Gaborik.

When they face a fast, aggressive defense (which is the Caps new style and what Ottawa threw at them), their scoring dries up.

Lundqvist also doesn't play the Caps particularly well. His GAA goes up a full goal against them.

Is that a career stat or this year? (please be this year)

I am not sure this Rangers team is really any different than the Rangers team the Caps beat last year. The Rangers played probably the worst defensive team in the playoffs and squeaked by them. They only scored 14 goals against the Sens.
