Thread: 2012 Schedule

    Re: 2012 Schedule

The only issue I have is playing the Steelers two times in three weeks. Besides that it seems like we got a good one.

At Pitt, At SD, Vs. Pitt in three weeks... That's kind of a screw job.

Although, no late season (cold) night games at home is nice. I don't like having our first 3 home games at night though...

Not Ravens related...but man, we are going to have some really good thanksgiving games again this year.

    Texans at Lions
    Redskins at Dallas
    Pats at Jets

    It's a simple formula, not a conspiracy

That's what jumped out at me too

A physical game in Pittsburgh, cross country trip to San Diego and then another battle in Baltimore

That's rough, players and coaches will earn their money for sure

They have 6 games against teams in their division...none of whom had a winning record.

They also play the NFC West...only one team above .500 and the AFC South...only 2 teams above .500

The Pats play in a fairly weak division and this season the AFC East plays the weak ass NFC West. Gives them a lot of games against shitty teams. No conspiracy.
My motto was always to keep swinging. Whether I was in a slump or feeling badly or having trouble off the field, the only thing to do was keep swinging. -Hank Aaron

And of course the stoolers have the lowly browns in that week between our two games.

That three game can be extended a bit - Palmer at home, Roethlisberger away, Rivers away, Roethlisberger home, RG3 away, then the Manning brothers at home before a trip to Cincy.

The run-in isn't particularly kind, but could be worse. Good that the bye is later in the season this time around.

Don't like the week 2 away trip - the last two were terrible.

Steelers have an interesting schedule: http://www.nfl.com/schedules/2012/REG/STEELERS

Out west, back to play NYJ, before out west again and early bye. Thursday at Tennessee. San Diego in December, but at home (we get November, so we should be okay). Kind last 2-3 games.

Bengals have tough opener for them, then a benign stretch until Pittsburgh at home and then it sort of goes downhill for them from there.
