This is a major embarrassment to the US gov't. Sec service agents in Columbia were involved with prostitutes and even argued with them over the amount they charged. They were reported to the police who contacted the State Dept who dismissed the agents in the biggest scandal in agency history.

Adding salt to the wound, it seems to have spread to the military.

The links makes an interesting point how under-financed and trained the
agency's agents are. They don't even get the up-dated best weapons
then Chaney's daughter gets a supervisor removed for not taking her
friends to a restaurant.

That wasn't his job.
