OT -- Sapp is "likely" out at NFLN
Since media coverage seems to spark a decent debate, I figured I'd throw this one out there.
Per PFT, looks like Sapp is being shown the door at the NFL Network. And it appears he's another one in a growing line of ex pro athletes who are going broke.
Personally, I've hated him as an analyst and I'm glad to see him go simply because he makes Total Access unwatchable.

Please let Jamie Dukes be next
Can't stand him
Doesn't he know you can show passion and interest without shouting and talking over people
Derrick Mason did a bit of work for NFL Network a few months back.
He was genuinely very good at it, not just saying that as he is an ex-Raven
He's a man with a career in the media I reckon
edit, sorry, went a bit offtopic

I can list a bunch of "analysts" I hate more than Sapp on the NFL network, Jamie Dukes is the worse. They are all clearly biased towards certain teams, I think we all know those teams.

Dukes, Sapp, Sanders,Irving, and Keyshown would make an excellent program together. It would be off the hook and unwatchable to fans who hate the antics they provide. Sapp will now appear on some reality show.

No sympathy at all for Sapp. No excuse to be broke with all that money he has made. Glad he's off NFLN too. Him and Dukes are just terrible.

Stupid move on Sapp's part implicating Shockey as the NFL's informant against the Saints in the first place. Oh well, "Stupid Is As Stupid Does".

Sapp is good in my book. Get rid of Dukes before Sapp please.

He was really disliked by the media here when he played in Tampa.
It is sad to see a young man who had a great career and all the opportunities in the world just squander it away.

I think he can add good comments at time but I was really surprised to read about his bankruptcy filing this morning. Almost $7M in debt and for assets he listed things like 2,500 pairs of Nike shoes and a lionskin rug. What about houses and cars?
Not sure of his situation but hopefully he cleans things up
