If you think if what the Colts did passing-wise compared to Zorn's experience with more West-coast principals, I guess it is a bit of a better fit.

Heck, linemen have their own coaches, LBs have coaches, etc etc.

Given as much as they have to handle, it does make sense to remind the QBs about the details/mechanics as much as possible too.
