Probably announcing new DC. I am betting we don't hear about OC one way or another, although I would love it if they would tell us Cam has decided to focus on his fishing.

Re: 11 am press conference (about coaching staff)
i predict mass swearing at 11:05am when John announces:
a. Cam is staying
b. Pees is DC
Bandwagon might get a little lighter today....

“When I think of a Baltimore Raven - we go in there, we take your lunch box, we take your sandwich, we take your juice box, we take your applesauce, and we take your spork and we break it. And we leave you with an empty lunch. That’s the Baltimore Raven way.” - Steve Smith Sr.
Call me a Special Teams coach again. I dare you! I double dare you, MFer!

AW on Twitter said expectation is Pees to DC, Cameron to be retained.

Re: 11 am press conference (about coaching staff)
If he is retained, which looks likely, then I wonder what the contract will be.
If it's multi year deal, then it's looks like a declaration of support. If it's only a year deal or a multi year deal with early opt outs, it looks more like 'sorry, couldn't find the right replacement'.
Maybe we'll see if a new QB coach comes in as well (would that be Preston being right for the first time ever if it did? Anyone want to check the temperature of hell? Might be plummeting).

If they keep Cam and promote Pees, we can look forward to being somebody's bitch, er, bridesmaid yet again.

Re: 11 am press conference (about coaching staff)
I wonder how they'll announce Cam is staying when his contract would still have to be negotiated.
How do we know he'll take a pay cut? Cause I don't see them offering to pay him the same when they've been contemplating getting rid of him.

If they keep Cam, I hope they bring in someone fresh as a QB coach and fire OL and WR coaches.

Re: 11 am press conference (about coaching staff)
Pretty much.
I wish they could find someone to replace Cam, but I don't think there is much out there to choose from. People have to also realize, that other teams can block their assistants from interviewing/taking other jobs unless that promotion is all the way to head coach...ie, If a team wants to block thier QB coach from interviewing here as a OC, they can. So we don't know who we may or may not have asked for permission to interview, only to be denied.
Also, good riddance to the bandwagon fans.
And shame on you people who are giving up on the season just because of this.

Cameron would never accept a one year deal.
