Re: ESPN Prediction Roundup
^^ I'm confused.
Pass rush..I mean it helps..but we're not exactly against a lethal qb if we give him time. Flacco doesn't put up elite numbers very often (unless against the rams or apparently the steelers this year)
Shrewd off coordinator..you talkin about the pats'? Lol. he's not the one that regularly put up terrible game plans in almost every away game this year

Re: ESPN Prediction Roundup
How many teams with a winning record have the Patsies beaten this year? Zero. That won't change tomorrow.

How many top offenses have the Ravens beat this year? Zero. Blown the F out in SD. That won't change tomorrow.

Re: ESPN Prediction Roundup
ESPN always picks the northeastern, large market teams. That won't matter today though, since the Ravens -- the more balanced, more talented and experienced roster comes in and shocks the Patsies, BSPN, and the other talking heads.

Re: ESPN Prediction Roundup
Welka_fan, I hope you realise you're not doing any favours to the stereotype of all Patriots fans as obnoxious, churlish and above all else unpleasant. By all means go on other teams' boards and predict that your team will win, but there's no need to act like an asshole.

Re: ESPN Prediction Roundup
I could care less that all these "experts" picked NE. I'm shocked anyone would pick the Ravens. If the Ravens would have destroyed Houston then I'd expect different picks. More fodder for us, the underdog, to go in there and beat them AGAIN on their home turf.

Who gives a damn who picks who! These idiots sitting behind a camera do not dictate the outcome of the game.
Keep thumping your chest and blowing Brady and his tight ends all day. No matter what you think, I can promise you the Ravens are going to buckle up their chin straps and be ready for war.

Re: ESPN Prediction Roundup
Sorry, but welka fan is the spitting image of what I've come to expect from Boston/New England area sports fans.
No game was ever won on paper. Good luck to you today, this will be a battle. If you think you can breeze your way through this game, I hope you have some level headed friends to help you when *SHOCKER* the Ravens don't lay over and walk Brady to a win. You might want some Tums too, I think we might actually try to make this a close game..

“When I think of a Baltimore Raven - we go in there, we take your lunch box, we take your sandwich, we take your juice box, we take your applesauce, and we take your spork and we break it. And we leave you with an empty lunch. That’s the Baltimore Raven way.” - Steve Smith Sr.
Call me a Special Teams coach again. I dare you! I double dare you, MFer!

Indeed!
You know, Google is your friend. Try again.
But LOL at the idea that not having a viable pass rush is just fine and dandy.
I'm talking about O'Brien, the guy who left the building a few weeks ago! I guess he's hanging around out of courtesy while he's reading resumes on the sideline, so that should make you feel better.
And I see you didn't even try to wisecrack about Patriots slow linebackers. That was wise. :)
