I think on defense it could be Ngata. He has clearly been slowed the last few weeks with his back. Yes, he has stilled played good football. He just hasnt seemed to have that explosiveness he has had in the past. I hope the rest has done his back good and he can return to his explosive form this game. I expect to see him blowing up the line of scrimage.

Gotta stop the run (which they will) so I'll go with Ngata on defense.
Rice makes the most sense on offense but given the extra weeks work, I'll go with Boldin
