decibel meter app found...seems to be working properly.

110db is the average for a "rock show".

the one I found was when I googled decible meter app...found one for my Droid. Smart Sound(ver 1.4.1)...it's called Sound Meter Lite.

One thing to remember about the app meters for phones is that a lot of them don't go above 100 or so.

Looks like the one I DL'ed goes to 145db.
