Something Berman says in reference to the Ravens......"the Old Browns".

    Pisses me off every time.

"It's hard to beat a team three times in a season."

Uhh, no it's not. If they beat them twice already, they're probably a better team. Statistically the 2-0 team wins 67% of the time (70% if at home).

My wife hates all the Grudenisms that are usually some thing like "This guy! This guy is a football player." or "This guy is an athlete." Really?

I've got another, I am so tired of hearing "if we can't beat so and so we don't deserve to be in the playoffs" etc.

Deserve has nothing to do with it!!!!!!!!

    THIS. It is obnoxious.

I love the veiled reference that a QB "is athletic" . . . . which the talking heads NEVER use when describing a player who happens to be white . . . . what a bunch of jack-asses.

White players are always scrappy, and every white receiver who makes a play across the middle gets called "Welker like."

Also I'm tired of players being called "The Next _____" where _____ is the best player at his position in the league. Patrick Willis is the next Ray Lewis. AJ Green is the next Randy Moss. Um... No. That's not how it works.

No, he won't get caught for cheating, or get run out of town by the team that drafted him, because he was getting it done, or take six years to win a playoff game.
Let's see what happens if we lose to Houston.
