    Stafford is the real deal

For whatever reason, I didn't think Stafford would be this good. I have seen his numbers but I just didn't believe it. Over 5,000 yards this season which I believe is 4th best in history. This kid is good!

I never thought he'd be healthy enough to get so good. I think there is a passing of the guard in the NFL right. Over the last decade the AFC had hands down the better QB's. The tide is changing to the NFC now and its not even close.

With greats young QBs like Rodgers,Stafford,Newton,Ryan, looks like the Power is switching to the NFC

Eli Manning over Brady??? If the Cowboys had any kind of defense no one would even be talking about him..

I wouldn't put Rivers ahead of Ben.

Good list. Brady should be higher. If Cam Newton keeps it up, he'll leap frog a couple names on to the middle of that list.

Too bad he's getting zero help from his defense.

Give this guy 3 more years and sky's the limit. No doubt that Brady should be over Eli.

I am not sold. Anyone with a WR that is as tall as CJ can toss jump balls out there all day long. Johnson makes him look better than he really is.

OK...I'll buy that, and also that Rice made Montana look better, Berry made Unitas look better, Harrison made Manning look better, etc, etc.

Well, difference is that Unitas and Montana were SILLY accurate throwers, Stafford gets bailed out quite a bit by Johnson. All he has to do is chuck it up within five yards of Megatron and he finds a way to catch it.

That said, Stafford has had one HELL of a year. He still makes too many mistakes, but if he can curb that down, especially in close games, he's going to be a top five QB for many years to come.
