No way to Norv coming here, he's a terrible HC and the same as Cam as OC. There's no point in repplacing Cam with the same guy.

Cam still needs to go. I think we need to bring in somebody who can help improve Flacco more or atleast a qb coach.

All I am saying is that Flacco is suitable for the Air-Coryell 'based' system. This is his first year of actually having a weapon for that system. We've seen it run without proper personnel and with poor in-game adjustments, and just come to the conclusion that Joe is better fit for a west coast 'based' system. I think otherwise.

We need to be careful here. Joe is not a West coast system QB. A WC system offensive coordinator would be a disaster. The must be an alternative to WC and Air Coryell systems out there.what does Norm Chow run?
