What a moron! This was his 3rd failed test in one year, but due to the lockout, they are taking away one his positives he had during the labor mess.

kenny britt was arrested (was it 3 times?) during the lockout but got no penalty. how can they hold fred davis accountable for that same time? am I missing something here?
