"Oakland Raiders linebacker Rolando McClain (2010 1st rounder) faces a string of charges for allegedly holding a gun to a man's head then firing the weapon just inches from his ear, Comcast SportsNet reported Thursday."
"Wednesday's incident was the second time McClain has been linked to gunshots in his hometown in the last year."
P.S. Given the bond @ $2,000 ...... must be mitigating circumstances.

Those Raiders are always good to give me that warm fuzzy feeling inside.

Re: Rolando McLain
More details.
Decatur, AL - We're learning more about a late night incident in Decatur involving former Alabama Crimson Tide star and current Oakland Raider Rolando McClain.
McClain has now been arrested and charged with assault following a late night altercation in Decatur. McClain was home for a family member's funeral this week. On Wednesday night, police say McClain was at a home on Skyline Street when a fight between two other men broke out. According to the police report, Jerradius Willingham attacked a man and caused some serious injuries to his face. The victim crawled to the street trying to leave the scene, and police say that's when McClain got involved.
Investigators say McClain pulled a pistol and held it to the injured man's head. The man reportedly pleaded with McClain to put the gun away. According to police, McClain moved the gun to the side of the man's head, next to his ear and pulled the trigger. Police say that gunshot prompted neighbors to call police.
Very interested to see what Goodell does here. Don't want to hear any 'first time' shit either. Once a thug, always a thug. Takes a real piece of work to go up to a wounded man trying to crawl away from a fight, hold a gun to his head, and make the man plead for his life, before discharging it right by his ear (which I'm sure caused some damage to his hearing).

This guy should face some jail time. It's not even gonna be a matter of what Goodell does.
