Orton to Chiefs
Here's hoping he can start on Sunday against the Steelers. Not that he's any great shakes but have to think he'd be better than Palko.

Week 17 Chiefs at Broncos will be fun.

Re: Orton to Chiefs
Sounds like Palko will start but just for this game. Probably wouldn't have made much difference but now the Chiefs have no chance.

Re: Orton to Chiefs
Makes sense - couldn't imagine them throwing Orton to the wolves with only a few days of learning under his belt.
Not sure what it is - the intimidation of playing at Arrowhead, the memories of the loss there a couple years ago, or what...but I'm nervous about this game. No idea why - rested, healthy Steelers team coming off a bye against a team with no running threat, and no QB.
As long as the Steelers don't do anything stupid, this came shouldn't be close...but I can't shake the feeling that it will be closer than it needs to be.

Re: Orton to Chiefs
Probably will end up like the first game Palmer was back. Orton could be in by the second half. Good thing for him is at least he's been playing football all season. Palmer came from off the couch.

Re: Orton to Chiefs
wouldn't surprise me to see Orton come in during the 2nd half but I don't expect him to play well or know very many of their plays. It's Palko or bust for the Chiefs tonight.

Re: Orton to Chiefs
We could see Orton a little sooner than expected. Palko sucks!
