I have been a Flacco fan since day 1. He has alot of tools, but man he is the poster boy for inconsistency. One drive he looks like he is ready to go to that upper class of qb's, and the next he looks like he came from the Kyle Boller school for bad qb's.

Gruden warned these QBs about Reed on his QB show. He had all the top
QBs to be drafted.
He said you know Ed Reed of the Ravens, he would have intercepted that
ball because you had so much air under it. TP of Steelers would have called
a fair catch.
They just have to learn the hard way.
