Re: Jets at Denver
Aside from the fact that my fantasy football opponent had Tim Tebow as his starting QB, how great is it to see him succeed like that? Just awesome!

Re: Jets at Denver
Never thought this guy could make it but you have to pull for him. He put it on his shoulders and drove them the length of the field for the win. Can't take away from a guy that finds a way to win.

Check Cromartie holding his man so he doesn't have to take on Tebow.

Re: Jets at Denver
I don't really like Tebow but I like the Jets even less. Good result in my book!

Re: Jets at Denver
Anyone else nervous if Denver sneaks into the playoffs and the Ravens have to face them.

Re: Jets at Denver
Nope.
Look at that TD play again. The Jets stacked the box with an 8 man blitz, leaving the corners exposed. Tebow simply ran around them.
Horrible play calling led to that TD and the eventual win. I cannot imagine Pagano would dial up an all out blitz of that nature if we ever played them.

Re: Jets at Denver
Good point but he said knew they were going to stack the box and blitz. He said
it and said he was just hoping for a good block and got it. That
sprung him around the corner.
Rex lives and dies with the blitz. We beat it last year and this year
and so has Tebow.
But as far as facing Denver, Ravens have lost to these bad teams using
the 4-3 and by them stacking the box and blitzing and Cinci will bring it to us
on Sunday.

Re: Jets at Denver
yeah as Houston pointed out, they were in cover zero and he saw it and got the edge. Against the Lions, Denver had no shot because Detroit got up on them and took them out of their game plan. Jets couldn't do that and I have to say Sanchez has regressed this year.

Re: Jets at Denver
as I pointed out, we stuffed the Wildcat in '08 and can stuff the Tebow veer.
maybe line up in a 5-4-2 and let the dbs play one on one wi the receivers.
Denver's D is pretty good."Nothing stops these Baltimore Ravens. Beat them, injure them, shove them to the bottom of the standings, drag them into a hostile environment and mount a big lead, and they just keep trudging forward like nothing fazes them." (Bleacher Report)
