Tied for 3rd in drops this season.

    http://stats.washingtonpost.com/fb/t...e=NFL&rank=232

Ravens this season tied for 3rd with 17 passes dropped.

    I actually think that's a significantly low-balled number. I'd argue it's in the 20's easily.

Thanks Chicagoraven for pointing this out in another thread.

Yeah, I think they count that number about half as many times as I would. They only credited Smith with 2 drops against the Steelers and I would have given him AT LEAST 4.

seemed like there were 10 yesterday, plus a half dozen overthrown balls. If they could've only connected on a few of those...

But Houston just lost their QB, we have the tiebreaker over Pitt, Jets are going the wrong way....this team could still get homefield advantage in the playoffs if they take care of business.

Wasn't there like 13 drops against Pittsburgh?

Also, a side note. I got into a twitter war with Jamie Dukes. He was complaining about how Baltimore Fans will blame everyone, but Joe for their miscues. He said Joe was really struggling. I said I thought Joe played considerably well considering the circumstances with guys dropping balls and the Kick Return miscues. He asked what the kick returns had to do with the offense not scoring points... I literally laughed at that. More SEA time of possesion = Less BAL time of possesion. I think when Grubbs has been in, Joe has played significantly better. (Although still misses some passes from time to time)

That should be case-and-point of why Jamie Dukes is a retard.

Hold on.. Why would the offense not getting the ball lead to an inability to score?

That number sounds WAY low to me. BTW it's impossible for Joe to be above average/elite whatever with this shit going on week after week.

That's what happens when your whole receiving core (other than boldin) is made up of rookies and 1st year starters. Hopefully lee evans will help, but then again, Q has had alot of drops too. Its just another reason to lean on the running game. Unfortunately, cam cameron didn't get fired today.

And people wonder why Joe's completion percentage is down.

The receivers have a bad case of butter fingers.
