As for at the stadium, usually home teams won't show any replay of any play that might give the opposing coach a reason to challenge it. That's standard operating procedure, and one of the less talked about advantages of playing at home. I can almost guarantee that no one at Heinz Field yesterday saw a single replay of the Gronkowski catch.
While the replays may or may not be shown on the stadium screens, my understanding is that the opposing team's coaching staff that is charged with replay review decisions should have immediate access to those replays when they are available from the network feed. There should be no "home team advantage" in that regards.

In the end, it probably wouldn't have mattered; the Patriots got the TD anyway. Regardless, Belichik was well on his way to mis-managing the game in the final minutes, as well.
