Re: Colts Phoned it In
I hope they trip up and win one so they don't get a shot at luck. but watching them get abused on national tv was kind of entertaining

That franchise should be re-named "The Indianapolis Mannings". Because without Peyton, they really aren't an NFL team.
I watched most of the game with wicked pleasure. After 27 years, I'm still pissed at what Robert Irsay did to Baltimore. There's probably some psychological term for this, but that's beside the point. I hate Indy more than Pittsburgh. That's right, way more than Pittsburgh. There! I've admitted it! And I feel great! Bwah-hah-hah-hah-hah!!!!!!!!!!!

The Saints had 36 first downs.
That was a beat down.

Schadenfreude. Of course! I should have known this from watching The Simpsons...
Lisa: Dad, do you know what schadenfreude is?
Homer (sarcastically): No, I do not know what shaden-frawde is. Please tell me, because I’m dying to know....
Yep, I freely admit to feeling this where Indy is concerned.

Re: Colts Phoned it In
I remember how full of themselves the Indy fans were when I was in Indianapolis at the playoffs in 2010 for Ravens vs Colts. I bet none of those fans was laughing last night like I was! LMAO!

Re: Colts Phoned it In
My questions is, does Sean Payton get skewered by the media for running up the score and having his starters in like Harbaugh did in week one on a much lower scoring game?
If not, why the discrepancy?

Drew Brees, actually, did not play in the fourth quarter. Neither did Marques Colston, if I am not mistaken. Both teams had their backups in.
