Re: Heap Injures Ankle: Questionable For Sunday
That really sucks. Where did this come from? I'm a bit uncultured in the internet age, but "anonomous" wrote this. Is there any chance this is b.s? At least Wilcox and the mighty Quinn can fill in.

Re: Heap Injures Ankle: Questionable For Sunday
Tony posted this for me. This information is reliable. It was disseminated by the Ravens' PR department, so it's legitimate. We'll see how he feels tomorrow in Cleveland.

Re: Heap Injures Ankle: Questionable For Sunday
Sorry for the confusion...in our drop down menu on the site's content manager, I selected the wrong item. Usually the breaking news will come from Aaron or the Ravens PR staff. In my haste to inform you, I slipped with the drop down.:insane:

Re: Heap Injures Ankle: Questionable For Sunday
yeah, no kidding...this would really kill me...no Ladanian, no Heap, no TO.
But I'm more concerned about the Ravens, though I think it won't make THAT big a difference in the game. Quin and Wilcox can fill in fine and it might get Williams and Clayton some balls in the passing game...which is something I'd love to see.

Re: Heap Injures Ankle: Questionable For Sunday
I posted this same thing at YBR, but I've stretched my ankles out this one time, and really messed one of them up. I still don't know what I did, but it was two days before I was at full strength. I don't think what Heap did has anything to do with his previous ankle injury, and he should be fine for Sunday.

Wonder if we'll see Sypniewski out there or only Wilcox if Todd can't play . . .

Quin and Wilcox can fill in fine
There is a huge drop-off between Heap and Wilcox. McNair used to be very effective when he had Wychek at the receiving end, then lfell back after Wychek retired.
and it might get Williams and Clayton some balls in the passing game
Hopefully, Jamal can have a big day to take the pressure off the passing game.
