I'd say it's an indictment of Worilds.
They are essentially saying Foote is better at ILB than Worilds is at OLB...and the difference is enough to shift their best overall LB to another position and (IMO) significantly weaken their defense.
I think Hasselbeck is going to eat them up.

I can understand the thought process: They want to try their best to keep Johnson off the edge. However, I am having a hard time seeing them weaken two positions on the 'week eve' of playing the most explosive RB in the league.
