OT (ish) Buying Ravens stuff
I know this has probably been covered before but:
I have now been to Baltimore for two games, on both occasions I was left with money to spend on Ravens gear - but without much to buy !!! I always seem to end up in the Sports Shop store on the corner near the Inner Harbour.:D
I know ebay has a lot of things, but is there somewhere I am missing in buying quality Ravens stuff downtown Baltimore?
I am looking for a signet ring with the Ravens logo - I've seen one on ebay - but it's gold plated which is not my scene.
Any ideas on both counts?
Thanks

UK, the store on this site has a lot of good Ravens merchandise, go to the home page and click on the store link. I've ordered stuff from there before and its quality stuff.
better yet, here is the link to it:

Not sure about a signet ring though.Last edited by flraven; 05-21-2007 at 11:19 AM. Reason: added the link

Re: OT (ish) Buying Ravens stuff
Thanks for the links chaps.
What surprises me most is that there is no Ravens Club shop. In the UK almost every sports team has its own dedicated team shop - where there is a hugh quantity of shirts / stuff / game tickets. The advantage is that the profits on sales go directly to the club. Many small team / minor sports club shops provide hugh income for their teams.
We the UKR's came over for the Raiders game we had bags full of cash/credit card room but there was very little we could find. When I came over for the KC game, poor Doug was tearing his hair out trying to find stuff for me. He said it was a bit embarrasing that I could not find much - being as I'd come so far!!

Re: OT (ish) Buying Ravens stuff
When you come over here next, perhaps try the area malls. There are sports stores in there that carry Ravens gear. Also, the Ravens team website has an online store, but I find that other sites are a bit cheaper. You may have already been there, but here is the link:

But you are right, the Ravens don't offer a whole lot inside the stadium."I used to be disgusted, now I try to be amused" - Elvis Costello

Re: OT (ish) Buying Ravens stuff
Greetings my british friend from across the pond.
I got two good recommendations for you.
Not sure if either ship across the pond, but certainly quality merchandise with great variety at both places.
This place is loaded with Ravens stuff.
Ladyraven likes to christmas shop for me there and basically can't stay out of the place when she's near it.
Baltimore Sports & Novelty
Next one has the highest quality stuff.
I got a whole lot of stuff from there, and all of it is high quality merchandise.
It would be my reccommendation for a mens ring.
Danbury Mint
HAPPY SHOPPING!!!!!:DWill Die A Ravens Fan!!

Re: OT (ish) Buying Ravens stuff
Oh yeah, one more thing.
This place made the Superbowl rings which you cannot buy, but I believe at one time they put out a copy of it that was available to the public.
Give them a call or e-mail and they may be able to point you in the right direction.

Re: OT (ish) Buying Ravens stuff
Thanks for that, the Danbury Mint thing is certainly in the region I am looking at. The first couple of rings seem a bit on the chunky side, but I'll email them to check the lie of the land. (I also need a ring size conversion chart):usa:
Thanks again

Hey UK,
I was nosing around on the internet and maybe this place might work for you?
Its in England too (maybe cheaper shipping costs?) and they'll engrave whatever you want onto the ring.

Re: OT (ish) Buying Ravens stuff
Thanks for that!
The Dewbury Mint will not ship outside the US or Canada :insane: I know I can get around this - but it does seem a bit backward looking!
I will investigate more.:D
