Great news!!!
Time to guess the terms. If it is indeed a 5-year deal, I'm gonna say $70Mil total, with $35Mil guaranteed. That'll probably include some NLTBEs on the back-end, which won't end up being paid, but will make the contract appear to be higher than N.Suh's.
In terms of real value, I think for all practical purposes it'll be a 4-year, $50Mil deal.

Apparently it's a heavily front-loaded deal (I think Suggs's was too IIRC). I'm OK with that because the cap is set to go up big time in 2-3 years with the new TV deals.
