Willis McGahee had a 100 yard, 1TD day today.

It is only a matter of time before McGahee becomes a mainstay in Denver's offensive gameplan. John Fox wants to run the ball and Moreno cannot handle carrying the ball twenty to twenty five times a game.

Heap took a tremendous hit yesterday. Helped off the field, etc.

Oops, sorry. I thought it would take you to the correct clip but it doesn't. If you look to the right and click on the clip titled Cardinals Vs. Seahawks hi... It's the 9th heading down right below the Seahawks post game press conference. At about the 39 second mark of that clip it happens. You won't miss it. They spot shadow Heap and then show it a couple of times.

Willis was the real deal. He might have been expensive, but he was great insurance and kept Rice from being overworked.

In other news, Le'Ron McClain gained two yards on two carries. He's on pace to match last season's total of 85 yards.
