My eye is on Sage Rosenfels, or maybe charlie Batch

Just on Ngata, can teams use the franchise tag two years in a row?
Or is that gone now with the new CBA?

Re: Final Cuts - Predictions/Rumors
I still think Chris Carr might be cut. He didn't really play at all during the pre-season and while Chykie Brown is pretty raw, he's made the most of his opportunities and played some decent ball. I also think we could keep someone like Gorrer for depth purposes.

Re: Final Cuts - Predictions/Rumors
maybe Mr. Newsome is waiting for cut day / sign fa before a Ngata deal so he'll know how much cap space he has to work with.

Re: Final Cuts - Predictions/Rumors
Why did we not sign Wilson over Carr?

Re: Final Cuts - Predictions/Rumors
I dont see that happening, they wouldnt give him a new contract, signing bonus, and guaranteed money just to cut him before he even played a game for them. hes been injured and knocking the rust off, but he'll be good to go and a great nickel back and spot starter for us.

Re: Final Cuts - Predictions/Rumors
Leftwich was put in IR with his broken left arm, so it's most likely Batch is our #2. He started last night and played a very limited amount, but looked good (granted it was against Carolina). Dixon played most of the game and he will be #3. He had his moments, but struggled more than he should of IMO.
