    Yea they do I lived in forth worth TX went to Leonard middle school yea they do sound backwoods.

    I liked what I saw tonight defensively. I like Bynes a lot, he sticks out to me. Chavis Williams and McAdoo also were good off the edge.

    Don't know. I've never been to Texas

    No biggie. I'm guessing he's from a really really old community that predates the 20th century population boom and the old Gulf Coast rural accent is prevalent. Of course, this is a football thread, and this is all way off topic. I was just really taken back by his accent. I didn't think too many people spoke like that anymore.
    "A lot" is a two word expression denoting a great deal or greatly, as in "I like sunshine a lot." "Alot" is a lovable imaginary grammar monster. You can love a lot; you can love an alot; you can love alots a lot; but they are not the same thing.
