I got a question. How you cook Burgers on grill to medium rare? And how you cook Hot Sausage on grill perfectly and not turn them black?

High heat, short time is the rule of thumb with burgers if you want to keep them juicy. Don't use low fat meat. Anything other than 80/20 beef and it will most likely end up dry.
