Looks like ray lewis might have been right about a lock out crime wave. Its now being reported that colts defensive end, and 2010 1st round pick, jerry hughes was arrested outside a dallas nightclub last night for public intoxication.

What Ray said wasn't far fetched. You are only talking about tens of thousands of people out of work, between those working the concessions and those working the local pubs as extra hands. People will get desperate.
