Thumbs up Bart Scott's Charity Clothing Line

Bart has launched a new clothing line to benefit Eric LeGrand, the linebacker from Rutgers who was paralyzed during a game last year. All of the proceeds will go towards helping Eric and his family with medical expenses.

“I’ve never met him but I heard he’s a great kid,” Scott told NFL.com. “He has a lot of concerns and needs right now, but I know someday he will walk, and that’s something I can’t wait for.”
    Way to go, Bart!

Bart is good people. He and his family were shopping at Babies R Us in Towson before he left for NY. They had 2 carts going, and our wives started talking to each other about baby carriers...just talking the way wives do.

He and I stood there and chatted it up about...absolutely NOTHING....the way husbands do while the wives are clucking. Very down to earth. Just a regular dude-with a Bentley and a leather jacket that cost more than my car.

"I never met him, but I hear he's a great kid." <----That's awesome

Makes me proud to own a Bart Scott jersey. I loved him when he was here, and that won't change just because he is an opponent.
