    Question about the Draft

    I know the Draft is still gonna happen if there is a lockout or not but does anyone know if everything will be the same as normal years with trading players and picks to move up or down in the draft? from what I understand if there is a lockout teams can not make trades without a cba in place. anyone have any insight on this?

    My understanding is you can trade picks but not players.
