Even at 35 years old, the man trains harder than anyone. Gotta admire all the hard work he puts in both on and off the field. Find it incredibly interesting that he nearly always wears that weight vest. Sure as hell builds up his strength.
PS: New to this forum. Just wanted to say hi to everyone. I'm a die hard Ray Lewis fan, loved him since his Miami days. LETS GO RAVENS, BEAT THOSE STEELERS!!!
